Thin film a-Si Solar Cells combining with nanodome antireflection structure and silver back reflector

Abstract

We use FEM to analyze performance of the solar cell combining with nanodome antireflection structure and silver back reflector. Optimization is carried out and an optimal structure with short circuit current in 21.9016mA/cm2 is obtained.
