Abstract
We present a 3D-integrated DWDM silicon photonics receiver having 24 independent channels. 16-Gb/s optical data transmission is successfully demonstrated with energy efficiency of 1 pJ/bit which enables aggregate bandwidth of 384 Gb/s.
