ZnO Thin Films for Optoelectronic Applications

Abstract

Effects of substrate temperature on crystallization behavior, optical, and electrical properties of the films was studied. Visible asymmetrical emission was observed in photoluminescence spectra. Electrical resistivity and carrier concentration are decreasing and increasing, respectively.
