Correlation of Blood Flow and Systemic Physiology in Mouse Tumor Models in Photodynamic Therapy

Abstract

Blood flow in mouse tumor models was measured with Diffuse Correlation Spectroscopy and compared to concurrent physiological monitoring. Positive correlations were (not) observed between flow and heart (breath) rate during anesthesia periods.
