Water-Immersible MEMS Scanning Mirror Enhanced Optical-Resolution Photoacoustic Microscopy

Abstract

A fast scanning optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy has been developed using a water-immersible MEMS mirror. A B-scan rate of 400 Hz over a 3 mm scanning range has been demonstrated in phantom studies.
