Biophotonic Studies of Intracellular Responses to Nanosecond, Megavolt-per-meter, pulsed Electric Field

The effects of nanoelectropulses on intracellular structures are reported in this work. The real-time investigation is performed by means of a system consisting of a fluorescence microscope, an EMCCD camera and a photomultiplier tube.
