A Liquid Lens with Liquid-Membrane-Liquid Structure

Abstract

A liquid lens with liquid-membrane-liquid structure is proposed. Based on elastic mechanics analysis and simulation result of elastic deformation, it demonstrates the feasibility to design large diameter liquid lens without losing symmetric meniscus shape.
