Abstract
Photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) is a hybrid imaging technique that acoustically detects optical contrast via the photoacoustic effect. With its excellent scalability, PAM can simultaneously image anatomical, functional, molecular, flow dynamic, and metabolic contrasts in vivo.
