Configurable Optical Interconnects for Scalable Datacenters

Abstract

High performance interconnects provide communications for large datacenters. Optical interconnects are replacing copper as bandwidth increases. This paper uses small MEMs optical switches to reconfigure large datacenter interconnects for varying needs.
