Two-photon absorption cross sections in a dual-signaling ferrocene-pyrene conjugate

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We report a ferrocene-pyrene conjugate (1) as an electroactive and photoactive signaling units. Copper mediated system selectively shows highly two-photon absorption activity 1230 GM at 780 nm, in contrast to strong one-photon fluorescence quenching.
