Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Ultra broadband mid-IR detector is demonstrated in the spectral region at 2–4 um. The light coupler is composed of multilayer dielectric layers. A 60 % enhancement of transmittance is achieved at light incident angles θ=0°–75°.
