Role of refractive index mismatch in backward nonlinear optical imaging

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Epi nonlinear optical imaging is used to image subresolution features. We find a refractive index mismatch between background medium and object affects imaging significantly. We study second harmonic generation microscopy of collagen fibrils as example.
