Compact Monocular 3D Near-eye Display

Abstract

Compact monocular 3D near-eye displays are proposed by using holographic waveguide combiner to reduce the weight and volume of its optical parts. The complex amplitude modulation technique is introduced to the system to solve the accommodation-convergence conflict of human eyes.
