Abstract

We propose a three-dimensional sensor by leveraging wavelength diversity and wavefront sensing. We correlate two close wavelengths’ wavefronts to generate a centimeter-level synthetic wavelength. The proposed system can achieve mega-pixel lateral and micro depth resolutions.
