Stereo occlusion enhancement by the use of semantic information and monocular depth estimation

Abstract

Stereoscopic techniques have the disadvantage of occlusions in the mismatched pixels between images. Monocular depth estimation together with semantic features is pro posed to improve the depth map at non-coincident areas.
