Abstract

A Broadband add/drop filter using a linearly chirped Bragg grating-assisted mismatched coupler is fabricated. The maximum reflectivity and 3dB bandwidth of the filter at the drop port are measured to be about 20 dB and 0.8 nm, respectively.
