Passivated Lead selenide Quantum Dots for Infrared Rradiation Detection

Abstract

Photosensors based on passivated PbSe quantum dots has been fabricated successfully. The quantum dots were synthesized using Thermal decomposition method. The photo-responsivity of the fabricated detectors strongly depends on the size of synthesized PbSe nanocrystals.
