Raman Spectroscopy/PCA Based Molecule Mechanism Detection of K562 Cell Apoptosis Induced by Adriamycin

Abstract

Based on combination Raman spectroscopy with Principal component analysis (PCA), a novel detection approach for molecule mechanism of cell apoptosis is proposed and employed to research the molecule mechanism of K562 cell apoptosis.
