The algebraic reconstruction of SD-OCT based on compressed senssing theory

Abstract

We explore the possibility of extending the theory of compressed sensing (CS) to spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). The result shows that CS algebraic can achieve reconstruction with low sampling rate.
