Long Distance Indoor High Speed Visible Light Communication System Based on RGB LEDs

Abstract

A visible light communication system is experimentally demonstrated by employing RGB LEDs directly modulated with DMT signal. Data rate of 780 Mbit/s is achieved for the first time at 2.5 m, common indoor ceiling-desk distance.
