Quantitative Measurement of Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) Efficiency

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We present some quantitative FRET methods based on partial acceptor photobleaching, termed emp-PbFRET. These methods can be used to determine the FRET efficiency of construct with multiple acceptors.
