Traffic Loss-Based Lightpath Reconfiguration in the Smart Grid Communication Network

Abstract

In order to reduce traffic loss during the lightpath reconfiguration process in the Smart Grid communication network, an Accumulative Traffic Loss (ATL) algorithm is proposed and simulation results show it can largely diminish traffic loss.
