Abstract

We demonstrate the world’s first single-carrier-based, 400-Gb/s-class and 50-GHz-spaced WDM system using 41.6-GBd PDM-64QAM per channel. Eight channels are successfully transmitted over 720-km SSMF with hybrid Raman and EDF amplification.
