First Demonstration of Cross Stratum Resilience for Data Center Services in OpenFlow-based Flexi-Grid Optical Networks

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time cross stratum resilience for data center services in OpenFlow-based Flexi-Grid optical networks. The results from a large scale trial are first verified on our testbed with 200 OpenFlow-enabled nodes.
