Experiment Investigation of Silicon Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguides

Abstract

The silicon hybrid plasmonic waveguides have been demonstrated experimentally, including the straight SP waveguide with the propagation loss 0.6 dB/um and MMI-crossing with the crosstalk 26dB.
