A Stretched-rod Nanobeam Cavity with High Optomechanical Coupling Rate

Abstract

An optomechanical nanobeam cavity with high coupling rate of 2.84 MHz is proposed by enhancing moving boundaries effect with a stretched-rod, which shows possibilities to increase the optomechanical coupling rate effectively.
