Digital Post-Compensation of Nonlinearity in Intensity Modulated Analog Photonic Links

Abstract

A novel digital post-compensation based linearization technique is demonstrated in intensity-modulated photonic link. A suppression of 42 dB in the third-order intermodulation component is achieved, which is attractive for nonlinear analog photonic link.
