Laser Diode-Based High Speed Visible Light Communication Using DMT-OOFDM

Abstract

A single channel 1.53-Gb/s visible light transmission has been experimentally demonstrated. With the help of DMT-OOFDM, a maximum capacity distance product of 6.13-Gb/s*m is achieved by using IM/DD.
