Abstract

A filter bandwidth insensitive joint signal process configuration is proposed to mitigate both inter-channel interference (ICI) and inter-symbol interference (ISI) in sub-Nyquist WDM superchannel. Both ICI and ISI cancellation can be achieved over a wide range of filter bandwidth for 50GHz-spaced 56 GBaud PM-QPSK superchannel.
