Absorption enhancement of In0.83GaAs photodetector with metallic hole arrays

Abstract

In this summary, metallic hole arrays is attached to the capping layer of the In0.83GaAs photodetector. By comparing with planar metallic film, simulation results show that a 1.5 times absorption enhancements is achieved.
