Carrier Diffusion and Mid-Way Recombination in GaInP2/GaAs Multijunction Photovoltaic Device

Abstract

In this invited talk, we report the latest comprehensive optical characterization of diffusion and mid-way recombination of minority carriers in GaInP2/GaAs double-junction tandem solar cells with microelectroluminescence spectroscopy and imaging surveying.
