Abstract

The resolution of conventional optical microscopy is limited by diffraction effect to 200nm. Stimulated emission depletion (STED) can break the resolution barrier, however at a price of photobleaching. Here we demonstrate the STED nanoscopy with meta-photostable fluorescent nanodiamonds.
