Optical sectioning with hybrid images to reconstruct in Fourier space

Abstract

Wide-field microscopy is efficient but lack of depth sectioning. A hybrid image reconstruction in Fourier space with the aid of undersampled focal modulation microscopy was proposed to obtain the sectioning capability for wide-field imaging.
