Advanced digital image processing for in vivo analysis of blood flow in capillary network

Abstract

Original methods were developed for digital image stabilization, segmentation of capillaries and in vivo particle image velocimetry based blood flow velocity measurements. Optical system and advanced software for in vivo capillary blood flow visualization is presented.
