Diffractive waveplates based on polarization holography

Abstract

Diffractive waveplates based on polarization holographic gratings were fabricated. The characteristics of the diffractive waveplates were demonstrated by measuring the diffraction efficiency and surveying the conversion of the polarization state of the probe beam.
