A Novel All-Optical Binary Pattern Recognizer

Abstract

We propose a novel structure to implement all-optical binary pattern recognition. The structure adopts an innovative “proof-by-contradiction” method to eliminate the bit rate limitation and long recognition time suffered by conventional recognizers.
