Re-provisioning Methods for Post-Disaster Optical Networks

Abstract

We propose re-provisioning methods for maintaining connectivity and maximizing traffic flow in optical networks following a disaster where many network elements are destroyed. Our results show effects of rerouting and bandwidth degradation of post-disaster re-provisioning.
