A Twelve-wavelength Hybrid Microdisk Laser Array Coupled to a SOI Bus Waveguide

Abstract

We report a twelve-wavelength hybrid microdisk laser array coupled to a SOI bus waveguide through DVS-BCB bonding technique. Twelve-wavelength output is achieved with channel spacing of about 1.5 nm, and the thermal resistance of 3.17 K/mW is predicted.
