Abstract
A novel parallel-moving prism based phase modulator (PM-PPM) is proposed, which offers high sensitivity, high stability and low-cost. The resolution measured by glycerine solutions is 3.42×10-7 RIU and the detection limit of anti-Angiogenin is achieved at 2.143 nM.
