Abstract

This paper presents an all quartz fiber-optic acceleration sensor of which the temperature coefficient was 0.008 dB/K. Base on incident-angle sensitive detection mechanism, a sensitivity of 83.4 dB/g was achieved with a detection limit of 100 μg.
