Dielectric-loaded Surface Plasmon Polariton Waveguide with Bending Structure

Abstract

The optimum structure of bent SiO2-loaded surface plasmon polariton waveguides was investigated using simulations and experiments to reveal that it yielded 8.0 µm radius of curvature and 30° bending angle.
