A Nesting Ring Optical Network on Chip (ONoC) Architecture for Multi-chip Systems

Abstract

We propose a novel architecture of optical network-on-chip (ONoC) for multi-chip systems, which includes intra-chip network and chip-to-chip network. Simulation results show that the architecture have good performance on throughput and End-to-End (ETE) delay.
