Multiplexed Fiber-optic Methane Sensors Based on Optical Coherence Domain Reflectometry

Abstract

We propose a simple fiber-optic sensing technology for real-time multiplexed monitoring the methane concentration based on optical coherence domain reflectometry by synthesis of optical coherence function, and demonstrated three compact gas cells spliced in series.
