Abstract

We demonstrate that simultaneous application of optical clearing agents (OCAs) and complex wavefront shaping in a spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) system can provide significant enhancement in the penetration depth. The concurrent applications of two methods successfully operates in tissue phantom and ex-vivo mouse ear imaging.
