Abstract

We successfully demonstrate a THz generation using low-temperature grown InGaAs photoconductive antenna pumped by an Yb-doped mode-locked femtosecond fiber laser. We achieved fast Fourier transform amplitude spectrum with a bandwidth of 1.5 THz.
