Laser phase noise measurement by using an adjustment-free Michelson interferometer based on 3×3 optical coupler

Abstract

An adjustment-free laser phase and frequency noise measurement based on Michelson interferometer composed of 3×3 optical coupler was proposed. The differential/instantaneous phase and frequency fluctuation PSD of an NKT fiber laser were measured and discussed.
