Fractional-OFDM Transmission for Time/Frequency Multiplexing in Elastic Networks

Abstract

We have demonstrated a hybrid OFDM/N-OTDM using an time/frequency grid based on Fractional-OFDM to exploit latent flexibility in multiplexing for elastic networs. This scheme allows us to switch either OFDM or N-OTDM at a receiver.
