Abstract

We propose a simple but effective optical method exploiting light scattering in optically inhomogeneous Scotch tape for measuring the hydrostatic pressure inside a microfluidic channel. After a calibration, the resolution below 0.1 kPa is achieved in a remote sensing scheme.
