Abstract

Photo-induced NO-release and cytotoxic activities of three [(CH3)4N][RuCl3(QN)(NO)] complexes with different ligands (QN = qn, 2mqn and 2cqn) were investigated. Real-time NO release was proved through EPR spectroscopy. The qn and 2cqn complexes showed effective photocytotoxic activity.
