An In-band OSNR Monitoring Technique based on Normalized Autocorrelation Function

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a novel in-band OSNR monitor based on normalized autocorrelation function, which is insensitive to both CD and input optical power. OSNR up to 26 dB is successfully monitored for 112 Gbit/s PDM-QPSK.
